The ultimate message of this Mooji video is that if you want to experience freedom, joy and peace, you must remain as the unassociated awareness… your attention needs to remain as awareness itself.  Any step, in any direction outside of the awareness is a step into muddy waters.

In this six minute video, we find Mooji talking about everything just happening spontaneously,  letting go of “you”, and remembering that activity is not in conflict with “Truth”.

Mooji starts out reading from the Avadhuta Gita and comes to the final paragraph when it says “Once Truth is realized, there is no more necessity to be reborn”.  Because so many people hold reincarnation near and dear to their hearts (and may even shy away from realizing the Truth because of it), Mooji explains things further and ends up answering the question “Will I Continue When the Body Goes”.
In this video Mooji explains that all we need to do is hold our attention on presence. We need to follow the movement of presence rather than handing the moment over to the mind to try to figure out what’s next.
In this really wonderful five minute video, Mooji explains how our thoughts work, the mechanism of thinking, and whether our thoughts themselves are powerful or not? Listen to what Mooji says about this…
This is a wonderful short video where Mooji describes how we can come to see that everything is always happening all by itself. No need for projections and no need for the “person” to claim responsibility for what is happening.
Many find that they can not get rid of doubts (in their assimilation of the “Truth”) and wonder if there will ever come a day when they can be so certain of their position that there is no longer doubt. In this eight minute video from Mooji, he replies to the question, “Is it possible to be without doubt?”
In this 9 minute video, Mooji provides amazing insight on how to deal with FEAR in our lives.  This is practical advice on how to go from fear to stillness. Since fear is something almost all of us experience, this makes this video and “must see” and bookmark to watch again and again.
In this amazing 12 minute video, Mooji explains that the process of “self improvement” only leads to more and more projects to do because its about improving the “person”.  The cause of all troubles can be eliminated by the recognition of the “Truth”.
“People” seem to have a need to assign a purpose to everything.  This video expresses Mooji‘s view on the need for “Purpose”.  Only the mind (ego) has a need for finding a purpose.  Purpose is a concept to try to explain why everything is as it is.  In reality, there is no question of purpose.
In this five minute video clip taken out of an interview, Mooji explains that the “Truth” is about the “Realization” that the true “You” is even prior to consciousness and its manifestations. This video essentially contains all that is needed to “Realize” the “Truth”.
In this short 8 minute video, Mooji shows us that the mind can make up all kinds of crazy excuses to keep us from being free. We need to realize that these crazy thoughts, beliefs and excuses are just that, and upon realizing this we are released to claim our freedom.
Who is responsible for all the violence occurring in the world?  Mooji answers this question in this video but the answer is very easy to miss. To sum it up in short, when consciousness is identified with the body, this gives birth to individuality (the ego) and this ‘ego’ is susceptible to any kind of conditioning, good or bad.  Therefore, conditioning and genetics can produce a Mother Teresa or it can produce a murderer but in either case, it begins with miss-identification.
All questions are dancing around this question.  If we answer this one question, all other questions disappear.
In this super short video Mooji explains that the “Truth” has nothing to do with believing.  You can NOT believe in the truth. Belief is for the ego. The “Truth” stands alone.
In this 8 minute video, Mooji explains that it is important for one to realize that there is nothing wrong when old thought patterns emerge because old thought patterns and activity can still come during the transition from the personal self to pure awareness, and in fact, can still come after full awakening has taken place.
Mooji reminds us that the mind is in constant dreaming and to wake up we just need to snap out of it.
