This edited Mooji moment is only 2 minutes long but contains a substantial message and shows Mooji as the beautiful natural being that he is.
Mooji explains that to stay as the “self”, there is no need to try to stop thoughts. It is enough to just not feed them with your energy and they will pass. Unless we feed energy to our thoughts, thoughts by themselves have no power and are just fleeting phenomenon.
In this eleven minute video clip, Mooji responds to an inquiry from someone who feels that they have realized the truth and yet can’t seem to get out of the shadow of the ego. Mooji then explains the residual effects of the ego and what to do to stay on course.
In this 9 minute video we find Mooji doing a short guided meditation asking us to stay empty and remain unplugged from the goings on of the mind.
In this 6 minute video, Mooji explains that there are circumstances where anger is an appropriate reaction as a human being and that it can be worse to suppress the anger. He goes on to explain that one can reach a point where they are outwardly expressing anger while in their heart they remain in complete serenity.
In this video, Mooji explains the mechanism of thoughts and that as long as we believe in our thoughts, then they must come into existence in some form whether it is emotional, psychological, or physical. It is our energy that supplies the fuel for their continuance. If ignored, or not believed in, they disappear just as quickly as they appeared because they can not continue to exist on their own.
In this 5 minute video, Mooji manages to explain through concepts, who or what we truly are. Within the “Self” we find “Consciousness” and within “Consciousness” we find all of manifestation. Without true separation the trinity is complete as “One”.
In this 13 minute video, Mooji explains that what people call “Evil” is part of the full dance of interrelated opposites that has to be played out. We can not have only one side of manifestation. In order for the “good” to manifest, the “bad” must be allowed to manifest as well. That is NOT the same as saying that as the human race we have to condone the evil actions of others.
In this 7 minute video, Mooji demonstrates that lying beyond the urge for the “truth” is “truth” itself.  Realizing that this “truth” is the self, the mind is perplexed and baffled by its simplicity.
This is part three of a three part series of Mooji speaking to one inquiring mind searching for the “The Truth”.  However, every part stands on its own.  This particular interaction is very lighthearted as well as providing super clear insight as Mooji leads this being from confusion to clarity. This is a MUST SEE for anyone experiencing any kind of confusion. Click here for Part 1Click here for Part 2
This is another wonderful 8 minute guided meditation from Mooji recorded on 1st April 2016 at Lucknow in Papaji Bhavan.
In this six minute video, Mooji explains that because it is not fair to ask the world to be quiet so that we can be quiet, we have to find that quiet place within us which is independent of what is going on around us.
In this video it is discussed that there is only one “Absolute” that incarnates in all forms, but that thanks to duality this oneness can experience other in all of its manifestations. The beauty of “Realization” is that one gets to become awake to the fact that it is all the same “self” and that the seeming separateness is all part of the dream of form.
In this 11 minute video, Mooji helps us to remember that recognizing the “Self” only involves the dropping of ALL concepts and beliefs, including concepts like Karma which only applies to the body/mind, and so many other thoughts and beliefs that the mind tries to place in the way to try to ensure its own survival as a separate entity.
Mooji describes Satsang as a mirror for the infinite to gaze upon itself and that in Satsang we can witness the shift from person to presence. We can then realize that we are even beyond the presence itself and have life flow before us as compelled by grace.  It all starts with letting go of the image you have of yourself and saying “Yes” to your true self.
In this inspiring seven minute video, Mooji shares an intimate moment from Monte Sahaja in which he basically describes the true essence of meditation without having to label it as a “meditation”.
As requested by patrons of this site, here is another 10 minute guided meditation from Mooji. Enjoy!
In this 5 minute video from an impromptu walk in the hills of Portugal, Mooji explains that there is no need to try and understand the universe and fill your mind with concepts that can only lead you away from the “Self”. The key lies in becoming empty and following the light within ourselves.
In this beautiful 9 minute video, Mooji explains that while having a body, Awakening is about Unity inside of Duality. He explains that a Jnani’s state is two-aspected and includes an aspect of unchanging awareness while also enjoying an ever changing and growing aspect as well.
In response to an inquiry from a seeker, Mooji explains that the correct relationship between the psychological mind and the “Self” is that the “Self” can live without the mind but the mind cannot live without the attention of the “Self”. In other words, the “Self” is the master and yet it has become the slave of the mind. Isn’t time to take back your power? Listen to Mooji’s words…
In this short 5 minute video, Mooji responds to a woman who is homeless and wants to know, “I have run out of moves, what can I do?”.  Although we may not reach the point of homelessness, many of us still reach a point when we feel that we have run out of moves in our life and don’t know what to do. Listen to what Mooji has to say about this…
In this 6 minute video, Mooji expresses his view of anger and offers some suggestions on how we can best deal with it starting with the realization that the statement “I am angry” is not true. The huge difference comes when you realize that the “I am” is not angry, but that there is just angry feelings appearing before the “I am”.
In this powerful video, Mooji asks the question “Can you have a problem?”. He goes on to explain that there is one solution for any and all that is appearing as a problem.
In this 7 minute video, Mooji explains that in life anything can happen such as feelings of vulnerability, fear, weakness, helplessness and so forth which is perfectly fine as long as we don’t panic and just “Let It Be”.  When we don’t identify and surrender to these moments, they can be some of the beautiful moments as well as a great portal into amazing insight.
Many of us want to know what a realized being would answer to the question “Who are You”. In this 10 minute video, Mooji responds to that exact question.
In this 5 minute video, Mooji explains that in order to escape the tyranny of the mind, we must decide that no matter what, we will not spend our life cowering to the mind and that there is no projection scary enough to remain as a puppet for the mind. This video clip is related to this clip.
In this short 4 minute video, Mooji uses a personal story to explain that we don’t have to dismantle, tear down or rebuild anything, but that all we need to do is choose to be free and righteousness will take care of the rest.
In this 12 minute video Mooji discusses with an inquirer a common phenomenon that occurs for seekers at a certain point.  Many seekers come to a point when they realize that they know nothing.  The mind has a really hard time dealing with this because the mind’s job is to do. It is looking for a job. Mooji explains that when one realizes they know nothing, the best course of action is to do nothing and be nothing. Otherwise, your mind will just try to replace one concept with another concept.
