This Mooji video is less than 2 minutes long and yet describes very quickly the cause of all “Problems”.
In this 10 minute video Mooji explains how we are not really experiencing suffering, but rather that we are suffering our experience (a quote from Nisargadatta Maharaj).  No matter what our minds say under emotional duress, the fact is that the only reason we are suffering is because we are totally identified with the “person”.
In this powerful video, Mooji asks the question “Can you have a problem?”. He goes on to explain that there is one solution for any and all that is appearing as a problem.
Mooji explains that change is inevitable and that it should be welcomed into our life.  Accept the changes of life from a place that is unchanging within you.
Many are under the impression that when you are enlightened you automatically love everyone.  Mooji explains that this is not the case and why.
In this 7 minute video, Mooji demonstrates that lying beyond the urge for the “truth” is “truth” itself.  Realizing that this “truth” is the self, the mind is perplexed and baffled by its simplicity.
Mooji explains that whatever you can describe or label is not you. None of the content and activities of life are you. You are the witness (awareness) behind everything that is happening. You are even the witness of the witness.
In this video it is discussed that there is only one “Absolute” that incarnates in all forms, but that thanks to duality this oneness can experience other in all of its manifestations. The beauty of “Realization” is that one gets to become awake to the fact that it is all the same “self” and that the seeming separateness is all part of the dream of form.
Mooji explains that to stay as the “self”, there is no need to try to stop thoughts. It is enough to just not feed them with your energy and they will pass. Unless we feed energy to our thoughts, thoughts by themselves have no power and are just fleeting phenomenon.
In this great 10 minute video, Mooji explains what gets identified with a “person” within us. He also explains that the “I” or “I am” comes as the “sound” of the absolute in this body. What a wonderful way of putting it.
This video is one of the best Mooji videos of all time. It is 24 minutes long but it is worth every minute. In fact you may want to put this on your repeat list. This video is for those (many of us) who understand all that Mooji is talking about, but can’t seem to make the final shift from “Person” to “Presence”.
This is a wonderful short video where Mooji describes how we can come to see that everything is always happening all by itself. No need for projections and no need for the “person” to claim responsibility for what is happening.
In this video Mooji describes his experience of loosing his 23 year old son and what took place within him. Please note: There is a Part 1 to this video but the subject matter is almost identical to a previous video that can be seen by clicking here. This part (part 2) stands completely on its own.
In this video, Mooji shares that when facing a difficult loss, it is perfectly normal to grieve and that the grieving process should be experienced fully and not cut short in an attempt to cover up the grieving.
In this video Mooji uses a joke to demonstrate that even though we may be saying “Thy Will Be Done”, on the inside, the ego says “My Will Be Done”.  Surrendering to “what is” is not about trying to conform reality to our own projections.
This video is four minutes of pure gold. Mooji speaks again of the fact that NOTHING needs to be done, no do’s and don’ts, no special rituals, no conditions to be met to be the “truth” that you are. This is must see!
Mooji answers a question where the questioner reaches a state of stillness and yet is overwhelmed with sadness and wants to know what to do. This occurs in quite a few people and has to do with a cleansing process.
In this video Mooji responds directly to an inquiry about feelings of sadness for the dead or dying and how to deal with or behave before those to which it is happening.
This short Mooji video is a DIRECT pointing to the self. It also discusses how the mind (or most anyone else) doesn’t want you to recognize because then they will loose power over you. Brilliant!
In this very short video, Mooji reminds us that the beingness can not be disturbed. Only the idea we have about ourselves can be molested by other ideas (thoughts).  The beingness has no ideas about itself therefor it always remains untouched.
In this very short video Mooji explains that in order for ANY thought to have any power whatsoever, there has to be “Identity” present… and “I” entity (me). Otherwise, thoughts have no power at all because no thought is self employed.
https://youtu.be/5oJcvZPUU0YIn this short 5 minute video, Mooji explains that often we call our attention “I” and take it to be who we are when in reality attention is only a functioning. It is one of the greatest powers of consciousness BUT it is NOT the essence of who we are.
In this short 5 minute video, Mooji points out what he says is the best Sadhana that can help remove our misconceptions and reach an understanding of what is real and what is not.
It takes less than 3 minutes for Mooji to bring us back to the “Self”.  This video clip is a prime example.
In this video, Mooji answers a letter and exposes the tricks of the mind in the questions themselves. The mind can take on many characters that may seem to be the real you, but ALL questions are of the mind.
Mooji offers some practical advice for dealing with nervousness and anxiety.
Mooji answers a letter asking why some master say we are not the doer and that one is just witnessing, but “Isn’t Witnessing also a “Doing”?”
Mooji explains that we should not let fear guide our decisions.  Once you have done everything you can do and it seems like a decision needs to be made and you have no idea what to do, the advice that Mooji offers is to “keep quiet, don’t force a decision”.  When the right time comes you will “recognize” what needs to be done. The right decision comes as a RECOGNITION.
