In this 13 minute video, Mooji shows us how to summon the power of direct inquiry. For years we have placed great importance on the mind and the effects of conditioning. Not even Christ or Buddha could escape conditioning, and yet just like them we have the power to transcend it by following Mooji’s instructions for inquiry.
In this awesome 9 minute video clip from Mooji in July 2009, he explains that as we peal back the layers to the question “Who Am I?”, we eventually come to the realization that the answer can not be described with spoken words.
In this fantastic 8 minute video clip from an older Satsang, Mooji tries to help a seeker understand that she is Awareness itself and that there is NO “Who is going to retain Awareness?” or NO “How Can I remain in Awareness?” because there is no “who” and there is no “I” that can be Awareness.
In this eight minute video, Mooji replies to a seeker wanting to know if they have reached the end of inquiry. Mooji explains that the one who starts the inquiry will not finish the inquiry, but will actually be the one who is finished BY the inquiry. Listen to what Mooji has to say…
In this six minute video, Mooji explains that because it is not fair to ask the world to be quiet so that we can be quiet, we have to find that quiet place within us which is independent of what is going on around us.
This eight minute video from a Sunday Satsang tea session, Mooji shares some reminders of what we are searching for and to help us find the courage for us to shed the illusions of the mind.
In this wonderful 10 minute video from Mooji, he focuses on helping us to understand the “Nothing” that we are and that everything that appears (including the person you think yourself to be) is purely phenomenal and created through the mind and the play of consciousness.
In this five minute video clip from Mooji, he explains that the “I Am”, the sense of being, is the one who identifies with the body as a separate self and can create the illusion that it is “suffering”. However, the whole point of Satsang is to remind us that this “I Am” does NOT have to identify and can remain as pure presence emanating pure joy, love and understanding.
In this 5 minute clip from Mooji, he explains what he calls his Piranha question, “Can the Perceiver be Perceived?” We have often heard Mooji bring up this question and in response to a inquiry he explains a bit more about the reason and intent of this question.
In this lovely 5 minute clip from an interview, Mooji explains that we need suffering and fear to propel us to take action towards our spiritual evolution. Without suffering or fear we would be perfectly happy to stay asleep as a person and never inquire into anything that could lead us into the nature of our true reality.
In this very short 4 minute audio, Mooji reminds us that most of our questions are superficial and that the best way to get to the heart of the matter is to start with our own sense of existence.
In this 11 minute video, Mooji responds to a seeker who has had a very difficult life and spent many years in jail and is now ready to find love and happiness. Mooji explains that love and happiness is not found through the search for it but rather through finding that place within which is effortless and free from all desires.
In this six minute clip, a seeker explains that they are doing all the right things but they still can’t seem to catch a hold of the observer. Mooji explains why this is happening…
In this seven minute video clip, Mooji leads a seeker to the “Self”. Mooji shows her that she is the ever present nothing in which all “somethings” appear and disappear.
In this great 8 minute video, Mooji speaks on the play of consciousness which encompasses everything that can be seen or experienced. Because the seeker is not real and only a part of that play, it can not discover the truth. When truth is realized, the seeker no longer exists. Therefore there can not be a seeker that can realize the “Truth”, there can not be a finder of the “Self”.
In this beautiful 6 minute video, Mooji speaks about being the unsplittable ONE who is here right now. Because of our belief in our minds, we fall under the spell of our own hypnosis when in actuality the truth that we are has eternally been right here, right now.
In this 8 minute video, Mooji answers an inquiry from someone who is experiencing some resistance within. Mooji explains that if one is experiencing resistance to self-inquiry, then this is an indication that one is on the right track. The ego will fight for its survival til the bitter end so it is important to put things into perspective and know which is the greater, the ego or the self.
In this short yet brilliant 7 minute video, Mooji speaks of the “Battle of the Ages” that most seekers must go through for self knowledge. It is the battle between the Ego (Mind) and Presence (Being). In our true essence we are the Absolute (the Self) which is eternally present but the physical aspect of “the Self” is born with the body as consciousness… the “I am”. Once the “I am” begins to identify with the mind, the ego is born and all of the limitations that go with it. After many years of programming built upon false identification, a

In this short 6 minute video, Mooji answers a very, very common question that brings a lot of confusion to many. How are we suppose to know when we have finally awakened? Listen (with your heart) to what Mooji says…
This very short 6 minute video from Mooji contains the key to stepping out of identification. The key is simply that once you realize that you are aware of this identification that is happening, then you can easily realize that you are not what you are aware of. Therefore, you come to realize that the one who is identified is NOT you. You are the awareness in which it is happening.
In this short 6 minute video, Mooji explains that the phantom self (ego, personality, mind) is like a monkey on your back. You can not see the monkey until it is thrown off. He goes on to explain that even when the monkey is thrown off, you can not “know” the self because the true “self” is what is left when the monkey is gone. Who is to recognize it?
In this 8 minute video, a seeker writes in saying that she is suffering life and wants to know how she can begin to really live. Mooji explains that the first course of action is to find out who (or what) this “I” really is. Once one knows its true nature of being life itself, there can be no question of “suffering life”.
This video is a short 4 minute reminder that whatever you can conceive, whatever you can identify is NOT you. All is appearing before you but you can never be recognized, defined or identified with the mind. See how Mooji puts it…

This video is a clip from Mooji‘s appearance on the “Never Not Here” show which discusses the fact that it is not our chocolate flavored moments that help us to seek freedom and understanding, but rather our difficulties and adversity that triggers our search for the “Truth”.
In this 9 minute video, Mooji explains that we are prior to anything that can be named, labeled or described. Although they are connected to us somehow, we are “prior to” anything that can be identified. We are the canvas of space in which all of consciousness expresses itself.
