The mind is our SERVANT, and not the other way around. Don’t try to stop your mind…don’t try to change anything… just sit back and watch the show, otherwise your very objection to what you “don’t like” is feeding energy and power to it. Let your thoughts do what they do, just don’t identify with them.
Mooji’s words are so inspiring and beautiful and his face is so wonderful to watch; so why all the pictures and this kind of loud music, I wonder?
I love listening to Mooji and I feel that and become that.
Wish to meet him while he comes to India. But do not have any updates of his next visit.
Listening to this Mooji talk I was very disturbed by the loud music accompanying his talk…..it felt very disturbing
I like listening to this over and over again. One time, I can put attention on the meaning of Mooji’s words and let the music carry my mind/feelings along, and another time, put attention on the music, which I enjoy, and then some comment suddenly stands out and really strikes me. Either way, the resonance of Mooji’s voice evokes a deep peace. Eventually, I can experience all the elements synchronously, and rest in a wondrous harmony. Thank you.
Thank you. A good reminder to not take the thoughts so seriously and just let them come, even to the point when feeling one is dying.

I sit back and watch the show, no judgement, no resistance. It flows through and I am within sitting in presence, peace. Loving.
a liberating experience!
Blessings! I did experienced all that Moojibaba explained so so lovey here and it is exactly as he describes. I had been “suffering” of anxiety and panic attacks more than 20 years am none of medicines or therapy did help or cured until I did discover exactly the process of changing the mins from my master into my servant and becoming myself the master of the mind to see me on best possible way in being into my real Self! It is not easy for sure but it is possible and it is
So liberating when finally the fear is not raising any longer or even if some little panic shoes up I simple observe it and let it be and than its gone. It is the most gorgeous experience ever had and I am so grateful for the complete experience including the get a, pa ic, anxiwty, without having all that I would have not ever been able to be free which is such a blessed state of True Being. Thank you Moojiji for existing !
Even experiences come and go. No need to identify with even any experience. You are here now. Feel the emptiness without any experience. Mooji is only a mirror of your own true self!
Thank you now is my turn to be a master of my mind
GOD BLESS
Speak to us of the sat guru.
Do not identify. Just relax and allow everything to come and go. You are the master! Beautiful. It reverses the usual process. Everything burns up in the seeing!
I’ve listened to this many times but it’s just now making sense. Sometimes you need to be in the middle of your pain before you really understand the meaning of the words. So good. Thank you Michael for providing such a great service to us all.
You don’t have to go through it, let it go through you! What a powerfully liberating statement❤
So much appreciated. These words couldn’t have come at a more appropriate time.
One feels that Mooji has been through every possible experience in life to be able to relate so well.
Thank you Mooji and blessings to You
This sentence is just great: ” The mind ist our servant and not the other way around”.
Thank you Mooji.
