Such a wonderful practice. ( I study the Course In Miracles and it has the concept of the Holy Instant. It’s the same idea, but for much shorter time period.) Knowing that you can return to yourself for 10 or 15 minutes 3 times a day is a wonderful relief for those who have a hard time sitting for long periods of time in meditation. Thank you, Mooji.
